2. About Pure Artist Music
Pure Artist Music is an independent record label based in Denver, promoting artists across genres like Hip-Hop and R&B. Our services include digital music sales, merchandise, event promotions, artist collaborations, and consultation services.

3. Use of Services

• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

• Prohibited Activities: Users may not engage in activities that violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or disrupt our services.

• Account Responsibility: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its confidentiality and accuracy.

4. Consultation Services

• Scope of Services: Pure Artist Music offers consultation services for artists, labels, and other industry professionals, including but not limited to music licensing, sync deals, branding, marketing strategies, and event planning.

• Booking and Fees: Consultation services must be booked in advance. Fees for consultations will be communicated during the booking process and are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• No Guarantees: While we provide expert advice, outcomes from consultation services are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control.

• Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of all consultation discussions. However, Pure Artist Music reserves the right to use anonymized data for internal analysis and service improvement.

5. Purchases and Payments

• Digital Products: Purchases of music downloads (e.g., Rachel Winnick’s "Bubblegum Vol. 2" or Avery Doss’s "Don’t Speak About It EP") are final and non-refundable.

• Merchandise: Refunds or exchanges for merchandise are subject to our Refund Policy.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, including music, videos, graphics, and text, is the property of Pure Artist Music or its artists. You may not copy, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

7. Artist Revenue Sharing
For signed artists, revenue is shared at a 50% split after all expenses are recouped. This applies to music sales, merchandise, and other promotional earnings.

8. Events and Promotions

• Event Attendance: Participation in events like the "Halos n Horns Experience" is subject to venue rules and ticket terms.

• Sponsorships: Sponsorship opportunities are available and governed by separate agreements.

9. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services (e.g., HubSpot for email marketing, Printful for merchandise). We are not responsible for the terms or practices of these third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability
Pure Artist Music is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• User actions or interactions with third-party websites linked on our platform.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these terms. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

13. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
